FightValet Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information FightValet collects, how it is used, and the choices available to promoters, competitors, and visitors.

Information We Collect
We collect account and contact information such as your name, email address, phone number, city, state, and zip code. Competitor profiles may include age, academy, competition weight, belt rank, sports, records, and a profile photo. Promoter profiles may include promotion details, logos, event information, venue addresses, divisions, and fight-card activity.
Activity and Communications
We store division entries, matchup decisions, fight-card actions, official results, notification preferences, support requests, safety reports, and messages sent through FightValet. Public profile and event information is visible to other users and public visitors as described in the product.
Technical Information
We may collect browser, device, page-view, and general usage information needed to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve FightValet. Our hosting, database, analytics, and email providers may process this information on our behalf.
How We Use Information
We use information to create and secure accounts, publish events, match competitors, manage fight cards, record results, deliver notifications, support users, prevent abuse, investigate reports, and understand product performance.
How Information Is Shared
We share public profile, promotion, event, division, and fight-card information with FightValet users and visitors. We also use service providers that host or operate FightValet. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users, investigate abuse, or defend FightValet and its community.
Data Retention and Deletion
You may request deletion from Account Details or through our Account Deletion page. We remove or anonymize personal account data when a request is completed. Limited event, safety, transaction, or competition records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, dispute handling, legal obligations, or the integrity of another user's official event history. Any retained record will be limited and handled as described here.
Your Choices
You can edit profile information, change notification preferences, submit safety concerns to support, and request account deletion. In-product reporting and blocking controls will be available where supported. You may contact us to ask about your information or request assistance exercising a privacy choice.
Age Requirement
FightValet is intended only for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly permit minors to create accounts. Contact us if you believe a minor has submitted personal information.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections, and service providers designed to protect account information. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect their credentials and report suspected account misuse.
