FightValet Terms of Use
These terms govern access to FightValet and the matchmaking, event, profile, messaging, and fight-card tools provided through the service.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use a FightValet account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
FightValet's Role
FightValet provides software for event discovery, division entry, matchmaking communication, fight-card management, and competition records. FightValet is not an athletic commission, sanctioning body, medical provider, coach, event organizer, or guarantor of any matchup or event.
Promoter Responsibilities
Promoters are responsible for event permits, rules, staffing, medical and safety requirements, athlete eligibility, venue obligations, weigh-ins, scheduling, payouts, and all approvals required for their events. Promoters must correct inaccurate event or result information promptly.
Competitor Responsibilities
Competitors are responsible for providing accurate profile, eligibility, record, and weight information; understanding event rules; obtaining appropriate training and medical guidance; and deciding whether participation is appropriate for them.
Combat-Sports Risk
Combat sports involve significant risk of injury. Using FightValet does not make any event or matchup safe. Participation decisions and event safety remain the responsibility of competitors, promoters, coaches, officials, and applicable governing organizations.
User Content and Communications
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant FightValet permission to host, display, process, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service. You may not submit unlawful, deceptive, threatening, abusive, infringing, sexually explicit, or privacy-invasive content.
Community Safety
You agree to follow the Community Guidelines. FightValet may review reports, limit communications, remove content, suspend accounts, or preserve relevant evidence when reasonably necessary to protect users or enforce these terms.
Records and Corrections
FightValet records may include user-entered claims and promoter-confirmed FightValet results. Records can contain mistakes and are not official athletic-commission records unless explicitly identified as such. Promoters can correct event results, and users may contact support regarding disputed information.
Service Availability
Features may change, experience interruptions, or be discontinued. Events may be changed or cancelled by promoters. FightValet does not guarantee that a division entry will produce a matchup or that a proposed matchup will occur.
Account Action and Termination
You may stop using FightValet or request account deletion. FightValet may restrict or suspend access for safety risks, fraud, policy violations, unlawful conduct, or misuse of the service.
Disclaimers and Liability
FightValet is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. FightValet does not make warranties about event safety, competitor qualifications, promoter performance, matchup suitability, or uninterrupted access. Legal limitations and rights may vary by location.
